Fire brigade youth delighted in the Gitschtal: the big district event!

St. Lorenzen im Gitschtal, Österreich - On May 31, 2025, the Gitschtal pulsed in St. Lorenzen when 52 fire brigade youth groups and 225 lone fighters from the Hermagor and Spittal districts fought for victory. In summer weather, the young fire brigade talents showed their skills and ensured exciting competitions. The district competitions, which are organized by the Hermagor district every four years, were organized by four fire departments from the Gitschtal municipality: St. Lorenzen, Jadersdorf, Lassendorf and Weißbriach.
