F-Kat readiness 4: New management team for St. Veit and Feldkirchen!
in St. Veit an der Glan on May 31, 2025, a remarkable event took place under the motto "Esse quam Videri - more than seem". This occasion served not only the new structure and management of F-Kat readiness 4 for the districts of St. Veit an der Glan and Feldkirchen, but also the handover of flood medals for the glamorous use in 2024 in Lower Austria. F-KAT readiness 4 now presents itself in a future-oriented and up-to-person, which is more than necessary in view of the increasing challenges in disaster protection, how [FIREOWORLD] (https://www.fireworld.at/2025/31/ktn-f-kat-beretz-4-structure-gestta-fuehrung-neu-stahrt.
A change in the lead brought a breath of fresh wind: while Werner Puggl and Karl Rainer said goodbye to their leadership positions, Raffael Kalt and Manuel Töplitzer were appointed their new roles. Kalt assumes the main responsibility for the disaster aid service, supported by Töplitzer as a deputy. The successful handover of the medals to the emergency services took place together with the outgoing management duo, which was supposed to express a successful transition.
new faces, new structures
The new management structure is already established. Simon Remschnig heads the train command in St. Veit an der Glan, while Manuel Töplitzer works in Feldkirchen. In addition, Sebastian Sellinger will act as head of management support. Overall, the group commanders of the two districts are made up of various committed members, as the list shows:

Numerous guests of honor came together at the ceremony. Josef Ofner, a member of the Carinthian state parliament and mayor of Hüttenberg, spoke of camaraderie and team spirit and paid tribute to the fire brigade. Friedrich Monai, Deputy State Fire Brigade, also underlined the importance of the community and thanked everyone involved for their valuable commitment.
commitment and future outlook
The importance of engagement in the region is also evident when looking at the St. Veit on Glan district, where 43 volunteer fire brigades and 4 company fire brigades with a total of 2,101 members are actively involved. In addition, 27 fire brigade youth groups with 317 members promote youngsters, as can be seen on BFK08. This community is indispensable for the security of the population and shows that strong and well -organized use can continue to be expected in the future.
The past few months have proven again that cooperation and commitment go hand in hand. Like ultimately at the district fire brigade day in 2025 in the Hirter private brewery, where numerous fire brigade members and guests of honor came together from the district and the performance of the fire brigade members were in focus. The appearance of the musical quartet "under and over" ensured a pleasant framework and the physical well -being was secured by the Hirter private brewery and the field kitchen of the Strasbourg fire brigade with goulash.
The fire brigade in the St. Veit on the Glan district is not only well positioned, but is also on course in a promising future.
