On August 15, 2025, there was a lot going on in the Regionalliga East. SV Oberwart asserted itself impressively and secured top spot with a 3-1 win against SV Horn. The team sent a strong signal and showed that they want to be at the top this season.

The game got off to a grueling start as SV Horn was awarded a penalty in the 7th minute. But Oberwart keeper Tanashchuk parried the shot brilliantly and saved his team from falling behind. From the 20th minute onwards, Oberwart played in the majority after a Horn player was sent off for a foul with an open sole. This situation would prove to be the turning point of the game.

SV Donau, on the other hand, managed a clear 3-0 win against TWL Elektra, with Beljan scoring twice in the 12th and 22nd minutes, most recently from a penalty, and Sarac ensuring the final score in the 65th minute.

The game between SC Neusiedl am See and SR Donaufeld resulted in an exciting and goal-rich draw, which ended 2-2. The scorers for Donaufeld were Lux in the 8th minute and Van Zaanen in the 67th minute, while Burai (57th) and Wodicka (82nd) ​​were successful for Neusiedl.
