Tennis highlight: All ATP stars at the state championships in Oberpullendorf!

7350 Oberpullendorf, Stadiongasse 16, Österreich - From June 28 to July 6, 2025, Oberpullendorf will again become the scene of the National Tennis State Championships, which are held as "Win2day Open-the Tennis State Championships". This top -class event takes place in Burgenland for the 17th time in a row, which is also reflected in this year's record price of 62,800 euros. As ÖTV , not only are the best players in Austria awaited, but also numerous spectators who can experience the sporty duels up close.

The men will have to prove themselves in particular in the competition: The top five in the ÖTV ranking compete, including Sebastian Ofner (ATP 108), Filip Misolic (title defender, ATP 153) and Lukas Neumayer (ATP 182). Jurij Rodionov (ATP 226), the previous year's finalist, and Dennis Novak (ATP 406) are also part of the game. Joel Schwärzler (ATP 486) will round off the field of participants. It remains particularly exciting for women where Sinja Kraus (WTA 158) strives for their third title. Ekaterina Perelygina (WTA 839) will challenge her in this competition.

parallel to the men and women, the Win2day ÖTV Rollstuhlstältennis State Championships take place, where defending champion Nico Langmann has their eighth victory in their sights. A prize money of 6,831 euros was advertised for the wheelchair tennis competitions.

But the tournament is not limited to tennis: the 3rd Austrian championships in pickleball are also carried out on the final weekend. Here it is demonstrated that the sports city of Oberpullendorf offers diversity.

The organizational at a glance

The championships are organized by the TC Sport-Hotel-Short on behalf of the Austrian Tennis Association (ÖTV) under the direction of Günter Kurz. Tournament director Markus Pingitzer and his team, consisting of Daniela Faymann, Livia Horvath and Jennifer Harter, have also prepared intensively for the event. A chief referee and medical staff, including the Red Cross Oberpullendorf and Physiotherapeutic Support, ensure that everything runs smoothly.

High -quality sports facilities are available for the participants: the flooring is used on six sand fields and four indoor spaces (Rebound ACE), and the ball brand Head Tour XT will accompany the players.
