With over 31,000 media: Burgenland's libraries on the upswing!

Eisenstadt, Österreich - The Burgenland Chamber of Labor places great emphasis on promoting education and media culture. The local libraries about 31,000 media on offer, which are available free of charge for all employees. The borrowing of the past year includes a total of 152,451 , of which 50.183 in digital form. In the course of the application of the libraries, various events are on the program in June. On 4. June a reading by Katharina Köller takes place in Eisenstadt, and on 5. June starts the second round of the AK book talks in the Oberwart Stadtgarten. Before that, 950 new registrations were registered, so that the number of annual readers is now 3,777 .

The Chamber of Labor also offers workshops for various age groups that cover topics from kindergarten to the Matura class.
