Jennersdorf, Österreich - The Musikverein Neudauberg-Hackerberg is celebrating an impressive anniversary this year: 100 years ago that the music band was launched. On this occasion there was a festive act on the day of Christ's Ascension Day, which was opened with a fair. This was celebrated by Bishop Aegidius Zsifkovics and Pastor Adrian Csobot. The brass band, under the direction of Kapellmeister Andreas Bauer, framed the service musically with pieces by Franz Schubert.

As part of the celebrations, a new costume of the association was blessed. Made of wool and silk, this costume is characterized by special buttons. The costume tailor, Elisabeth Pirchheim Reithofer, was responsible for the design and implementation. The event was moderated by club chairman Roman Gotthard, who also introduced the numerous greetings from the guests. Among those present were Mayor Wolfgang Eder, Karin Kirisits, the state politician Bernd Strobl and Jürgen Dolesch.

After the fair, the morning pint of the Blasmusikkapelle Pilgersdorf followed. In addition, further appearances by music clubs such as the MV WulkaPradersdorf, Schlawina, village music and "Bärenstark" are planned from 29 to 31 May. These events not only offer musical enjoyment, but also a wonderful opportunity to maintain contact and congratulate among the musicians.
